I'm a private pracitioner and am married to one. Life is quite inhospitable to this model, particularly in Cleveland. Is the objective for every physician to be employed? Will this improve overall health care? Will it raise or maintain the caliber of medical students? I've been on both sides of the divide. Here are my thoughts. http://bit.ly/9h7lTK
